Undergraduate students
Admission to Wayne State University is selective. In order to qualify for admission an applicant must submit the following in addition to their application: official high school transcript, ACT or SAT test scores and a demonstrated ability to undertake a college degree program.
Transfer students may be admitted, without consideration of high school work (transcripts and test scores), upon completion of at least 24 credits of transferrable college-level coursework, with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher, from an accredited institution. Students must achieve a "C" or higher in individual courses considered for transfer credit.
Admission to the department is satisfied by the general requirements for undergraduate admission to the university. There is no secondary application process.
