The Berg Muirhead Scholarship for Public Relations Student Advancement. This scholarship is sponsored by VanDyke Horn Public Relations to honor the legacy of its founders, Bob Berg and Georgella Muirhead, and their contributions to the public relations industry.

The Jeannine Gregory Scholarship in Public Relations Leadership was developed in honor of former Wayne State University student and past PRSSA president, Jeannine Gregory.

Beth Charnock is a senior and a communication studies major. Beth is currently the Assistant to the Associate Deans for Wayne State University, College of Engineering. Her interests are specifically with organizational communication and crisis communication. She is also the recipient of the Jeannine Gregory Leadership Award Scholarship, as well as the Taylor A. Lewis M.D. and Cleveland Hurst III Endowed Scholarship, the Terrance L. Brown Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the Annetta Miller Endowed Scholarship and the Jane Fitzgibbon Endowed Student Award in the Area of Communication. Beth will be a first-generation college graduate and plans to pursue a graduate certificate or advanced degree in organizational communication or crisis communication.
