New Michigan Media efforts

WWJ's Violet Ikonomova interviewed Associate Professor Hayg Oshagan, director of media arts and studies at Wayne State University's Department of Communication, College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts. The conversation focused on New Michigan Media, the network of ethnic and minority media in this region created by Oshagan. Also discussed was his effort with the City of Detroit and Wayne County to create an Office of Immigrant Affairs.
