Veteran journalist and author Berl Falbaum has published a short story, "The Docent," in this month's issue of the Internet magazine, the Jewish Magazine. The story deals with an 88-year-old embittered Holocaust survivor who reluctantly agrees to become a docent at a Holocaust museum. Falbaum has published seven books, had one play produced by a community theater and has taught journalism part-time at Wayne State University since 1968. His articles on politics and the media appear frequently on the op-ed pages of Michigan's newspapers, including Detroit Jewish News.
