"Goodfellows surpass $1.3M campaign goal"
The Old Newsboys' Goodfellow Fund of Detroit has exceeded its 2010 fundraising goal of $1.3 million, the group announced today. Volunteers raised about $32,000 over the target for its 2010 fundraising campaign, which ended Jan. 31. In addition to gifts for children, the fund awards scholarships through Wayne State University.
