WSU student balances school, independent catering company
Hours of preparation and cooking by night, delivering by day, and classes at Wayne State University in between - that's what 21-year-old Dwayne Daniels is about when it comes to keeping his life, schooling, and independent catering and delivery company afloat. Daniels, a WSU senior, says the business is just one of his many pursuits. He's majoring in public relations and is looking into and doing anything concerning being a publicist, stylist, or creative director in Detroit.
