Detroit poet Rhonda Welsh partnered with the poetry collective Raw Honey to record the album 'Happy' for New York's Honeycomb Music. She recently became an alumni officer for Wayne State's College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts and will present a poetry performance titled 'Feminenergy' April 24 at the Skyline Club in Southfield.
