"Three Oakland University grads with Macomb County ties to be honored"

Michelle Franzen Martin, senior information officer for alumni communications at Wayne State University, editor of Wayne State magazine and a former Macomb Daily/Daily Tribune reporter, is among three Oakland University graduates with Macomb County ties who will be honored at the 17th annual Oakland University Alumni Association Awards Banquet in November. Martin will receive the Odyssey Award which honors alumni whose lives exemplify OU's motto to "seek virtue and knowledge."
