WAYN radio is a student-oriented web radio station, produced by students in the Department of Communication and Wayne State University. 

Students interested in creating programming for WAYN radio are encouraged to register for COM 6680: Ind. Proj: Radio-TV-Film.  We invite students who have an interest in broadcasting to enroll and participate in the WAYN radio class by producing a radio program.  Students have produced talk, news, music, and sports formatted programming for WAYN.  In class, students discuss and develop programming components and aspects of presenting a radio program.  It is an opportunity for students to take something of particular interest to them (music, sports, politics, etc.) and turn it into an on-air presentation that they can share with listeners.
