"The People's Lawyer': Jack Lessenberry's Book Featured in the Free Press

Jack Lessenberry's book, "The People's Lawyer: The Life and Times of Frank J. Kelley, the Nation's Longest-Serving Attorney General", was recently named to the list of 2016 Michigan Notable Books by the Library of Michigan, according to the Detroit Free Press.


"The People's Lawyer" was one of 20 publications to make the esteemed list, which was comprised of books covering a wide range of Michigan-related topics, including Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo's stay in Detroit, an athology of alternative Detroit magazine Orbit, and an historical snapshot of 1960s Detroit.
